I know it’s been awhile since I’ve posted, but since we had another happy occasion, I thought it was time. On Sunday, the 7th, Travis Haines married Ashley Adams. We understand it was 10 years in the making. For all of us it was a wonderful time to be together with our friends. Icing on the cake was the fact that Ben and Jen flew in from Japan. As Ben just recently returned from Iraq, it was especially sweet to see him home safe and sound. Their next base is in Montana, so we wish them many boring, snowy, snowboarding days ahead.

Not to be out done in the excitement department, Nick and Ashley just brought home a 2 lb, miniature Yorkie puppy, that they named Matza. He’s on his way to only 5 lbs. I’ve included a few pictures of him as well. He had his first visit with his older, and bigger “aunt” Boo and “uncle” Huck. Matza held his own, but as Dale has told me, Yorkies don’t realize that they’re smaller. I guess it’s the dog version of short man’s attitude. At any rate, Matzo was such a good guest, he’s welcome here anytime.

I’ve also included a picture of our new couch as well as more Nick and Ashley’s wedding pics. I know I posted a bunch after the wedding, but as I look thru Flicker, I don’t see any. I hope to get thru a bunch of girl’s getting ready, boy’s getting ready, before and formals. Wish me luck. Last weekend, as we attended Travis and Rosemary’s wedding, I forgot to bring my camera, so this will have to do for now.
