Cody’s birthday is today. We celebrated yesterday with a small family party. Can’t believe he’s 17. He’s finishing up his junior year. A senior next year? Wow.
Yesterday Lani got accepted to the Orange County High School of the Arts. She sent in her application late, and didn’t even know if she’d get an audition. Someone must not have accepted a spot, as they auditioned her last week. She had to memorize a monologue and sing a song. All must have gone well, as her letter came yesterday. She acutally got admitted for both creative writing (which she sent in many samples of her writing) and musical theater. Guess there will many more plays to go see.
Sounds like both Cody and and Luke will be playing soccer again come the next school year. Looks like having 3 in high school is going to keep up pretty busy!
