Nick and Ashley flew in this past Thurs. night. They picked me up at work noon on Friday and we were off to eat and shop. That was our entire weekend – eat and shop. Can’t get much better than that. We did the Orange Street Fair, and the Angel’s game the next night. Sunday we visited Victoria Gardens, the new shopping center in Rancho Cucamonga. What a good opportunity to introduce Ashley to Diane and Keith. The only problem was they were in Orlando. Guess we’ll have to catch you guys next time around.
Labor Day was spent at the Foley’s with a nice calm pool party. I got to hang out TJ, Elyce, Nick and Ashley before going over – that was a treat. Nick and Ash flew out the next day. We won’t see them again until Christmas. Don’t worry Nick, Dad is still in the process of getting our airline tickets for graduation next May.
I’ve posted only 2 pictures but will do more this weekend. Cody is getting his wisdom teeth out, so I’ll have time. Thanks to all well wishers as we saw Cody thru this last concussion. 2 Neurologists later, we’re still not quite sure if he’ll play football again. He’s getting an MRI this coming week, and if it comes out as the doctor expects, he will release him. Then it’s up to us to decide if we really want him out on that field…
Next weekend we go up to Big Bear again. We’ve bought 1/10th interest in a condo there. Will fill you in on details and share those pictures later as well.
